Just a quick reminder that the deadline for submitting abstracts for the
NJCEA Spring Conference is fast approaching - *Jan.11, 2010. We will be
accepting abstracts up until midnight of Jan.11. * Please see below the
Call for Papers, as well as download from the attached file.
Conference registration is now open, and the registration form can be
downloaded from the attached file, as well as printed from the NJCEA website
- http://njcea.org/conference/.
Graduate students are cordially invited to submit papers for the NJCEA
annual *Graduate Student Award*. More details in CFP below.

proposals and 250 word abstracts for papers on *any *topic related to

Department of English, Kean University, 1000 Morris Avenue, Union, NJ 07083;
or electronically as an attachment to ncasale at kean.edu.
*GRADUATE STUDENTS: *You are cordially invited to submit papers for the
NJCEA annual *Graduate Student Award*. The winner of this award will
receive a $50.00 Barnes and Nobel gift certificate and have her or his paper
published in *College English Notes*, the official publication of the NJCEA.
*Send complete paper and paper abstract to the conference organizer in
ELECTRONIC FORM ONLY by January 11, 2010. *Papers should be *8-10 pages in
length.*
N.B.: In order to be eligible to win the graduate student award, students
must present their paper at the conference.
