To register for the conference, send the completed form below and a check for the
appropriate amount by March 13, 2010. There is a late fee of $5 for registering after this date. The fee covers membership dues, conference registration, breakfast, lunch, and a wine and cheese reception. If you have any questions, contact Dr. Gita DasBender, Seton Hall University, gitanjali.dasbender at shu.edu.

_____ I am a full-time college or university faculty or staff member and have enclosed $60 for my dues and conference registration ($65 after 3/13/10).
_____ I am a part-time faculty or graduate student and am enclosing $45 for my dues and conference registration ($50 after 3/13/10).
_____ I cannot attend the conference but have enclosed $25 (or $20 because I am either a graduate student or an adjunct instructor) for my annual NJCEA dues.
